YES, THERE IT IS, the new docu-film amde by René Horsthuis, about the work of his uncle (me) in Sarawak as from 1968, in a place called Tatau. Tatau was a very remote area in that time, only to be reached by boat when the sea was calm. On this picture you see the first Catholic of that area, Stephen Angkok, talking with me, near the chapel which he built, the chapel of the holy Mary. you don't see the chapel and rightly so, because the whole area is a holy area with holy people. I am accepted in their community, a longhouse of about 40 families, where they have allotted a room for me. It is now 50 years ago....back to my room....back to my friends......back to my family?
